3. Transaction Fees
Guest Fees:
- Service fee varies by transaction (displayed before payment)
- No hidden charges
Partner Fees:
- Paystack fee: 1.95% + GHS 0.00 per transaction
- Platform commission varies by service type
- Chargeback fee: GHS 50 per dispute
4. Payment Authorization
- By providing payment info, you authorize charges
- Pre-authorization may be required
- Funds captured upon confirmation
5. Payment Timeline
Guest Payments: Full payment at booking Partner Payouts: T+1 to T+5 business days after service completion Minimum Payout: GHS 100 Payout Method: Bank transfer or mobile money
6. Refunds

- Approved refunds within 5-10 business days
- Issued to original payment method

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Guest Cancellations
Accommodation Bookings:
- 14+ days before check-in: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
Tour Bookings:
- 7+ days before tour: Full refund minus 15% processing fee
- 3-7 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
- Weather cancellations by operator: Full refund or reschedule
E-Shop Purchases:
- Physical products: 7-day return if unused
- Digital products: No refunds after download
- Custom items: No refunds unless defective
Event Tickets:
- Per event organizer’s policy
- Typically non-refundable unless event cancelled
Real Estate:
- Per individual sale agreement
- Deposits may be non-refundable
2. Partner Cancellations
- Guest receives full refund if Partner cancels
- Partners may face penalties for repeated cancellations
- Force majeure considered case-by-case
