Gastro Festival 2025
The Gastro Festival 2025, themed “From Farm to Feast”, is poised to be Ghana’s boldest culinary and cultural celebration yet. Scheduled for December 5–6, 2025, this two-day event will spotlight the country’s rich food heritage while bridging the gap between agriculture and gastronomy.
Organized by Charterhouse, the festival aims to strengthen connections across the agricultural value chain and spark innovation in Ghana’s growing food economy. Ahead of the main event, a podcast series titled “Table of 8: From Farm to Feast”, hosted by Enyonam Manye (The Ghanaian Farmer), is already stirring national dialogue. It features farmers, chefs, investors, and policymakers discussing how to make Ghana’s food systems more sustainable and profitable.
Expect live cooking demos, tastings, fine dining showcases, and cultural performances—all designed to celebrate the hands that grow the food and the minds that transform it.
