AfroFuture Ghana 2025 will take place December 28-29 at El-Wak Stadium in Accra, featuring headline acts including Afrobeats superstar Asake, South African duo TxC, Ghanaian star Moliy, rap sensation King Paluta, and Afrobeat innovator Mavo. This has become the ultimate Afrobeat, Amapiano, and Afropop music festival, bringing together top artists and fans from across the globe.
Beyond the two-day concert, AfroFuture 2025 extends into a week of immersive cultural programming including the Battle of Jollof Basketball Game on December 27 at Bukom Arena in partnership with the Basketball Africa League, Fashion Night Out on December 30 at Nubuke Museum showcasing African design with runway shows and live performances, New Year’s Eve Extravaganza with PVO on December 31 at La Palm, and Afro Expo from December 18-31 featuring masterclasses, wellness sessions, book talks, and film screenings.
Highlife@100: Celebrating Ghana’s Musical Heritage
December in Ghana 2025 features a tribute to 100 Years of Highlife, Ghana’s signature musical export that has shaped West African sound for generations. The flagship Highlife@100 Conference and Concert will be held on December 13 in Accra, blending performances from musical legends and emerging stars.
Satellite concerts will echo across regional venues from Kumasi to Takoradi, creating a rhythmic chain of celebration. The events combine with culinary experiences including the famous Fufu Party on a Park with live cooking stations and tastings celebrating Ghana’s beloved food heritage.
